Area Attractions

SHIPSHEWANA FLEA MARKET: Just a few short miles away is one of Indiana's most popular attractions. Each Tuesday and Wednesday from May through October as many as 1200 vendors set up in Shipshewana to sell their wares. Beginning at 8:00AM Wednesday each week there is an antique auction year round. Also on Wednesday's there is a livestock auction and on Friday's a horse auction is held.
      *NEW* We now offer a shuttle service to the Flea Market on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a fee of $7.00/person. The shuttle runs 4 time throughout the day!

SHIPSHEWANA: The heart of our Amish area, here is offered excellent shops with fine crafts, restaurants and a charming downtown area. It's one of the most popular areas in the midwest year round. Don't miss it.

MIDDLEBURY: Although it sometimes takes a back seat to it neighbor to the east don't overlook this quaint little town. Noted for restaurants and shopping, it's beautiful tree lined streets, parks and well kept properties show a pride in community that you will truly enjoy. It is rural America at it’s best.

RV PLANT TOURS: Nearly 50% of all the RVs made in the US are built here in Indiana and the greatest majority of those within 30 miles of our campground and many within 10 miles. Factory tours are offered Monday thru Friday.

NAPPANEE/WAKARUSA: Located just south west of us, this extremely popular area is home to Amish Acres, with it's farm, theater and restaurant. A train ride, great eating and many Amish homes round out the area. It is also known for antiques and auctions.

SOUTH BEND: Just a short drive to the west is the home of the University of Notre Dame and it's beautiful campus. Also located here are the fabulous College Football Hall of Fame and the Studebaker Museum.

ELKHART/GOSHEN: The closest major shopping area to us also has several museums to its credit. Art and Trains are among the museum attractions along with quality shopping and antiques.
